TEXAS

American Security Associates came to Texas in 2010 with the winning of a national contract with Schwan's Global Supply Chain. The Texas locations are in Pasadena, and Deer Park, Texas.

The locations are in the greater Houston, Texas metropolitan area.

The larger area map shows the two locations relative to Houston, Loop 610 East, Interstate 10, Interstate 45 (Gulf Frwy) and Highway 225. The highway running north (through the Schwan logo is Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway).

The Pasadena facility is shown at 1251 Scarborough Lane in most documents. This address is something of a misnomer in that the Scarborough Lane entrance to the plant is closed. A more accurate address is 1400 West Southmore. This is opposite the intersection of West Southmore and Birchwood in Pasadena.

Coming from Houston, get on Highway 225 East from 610 Loop East, take Scarborough Lane exit and go South on Scarborough Lane to the first light, W. Southmore Avenue. Facility is on the corner of Scarborough and W. Southmore. From points East, take Highway 225 to S. Richey Street exit turning Left (South) on Richey to W. Southmore Ave. Take a Right on W. Southmore to a block east of Scarborough Lane. The facility is at that intersection (used to be Minh Egg Roll Factory). For those of you with GPS the driveway is opposite the intersection of West Southmore and Birchwood.

Deer Park location is 612 Georgia Avenue

Coming from Houston take State Highway 225 from the 610 East Loop to the Deer Park exit (right after Beltway 8 and Monument Chevrolet. The service road is Railroad Street, turn South (Right) on Georgia Avenue, facility is on the Right at 612 Georgia Ave. From points East, travel State Highway 225 to Center Street exit, go South (Left) to 13th Street. Take a Right (West) on 13th Street to Georgia Avenue, turn North (Right) on Georgia to 612 Georgia on your Left.
